Start with eight source columns, calculate Revenue, then build region/category and monthly PivotTables. The solution workbook contains formulas and expected tables; it does not pretend those tables are native PivotTable objects.

## Before you start
- Answers match the default 200-row file only. Revenue is not a source column: calculate Units × Unit Price and round each order to two decimals.
- Amounts are synthetic currency-neutral practice values. Product, category and price are generated independently; a product name is not a reliable price-lookup key.
- The default XLSX stores Order Date as numeric dates. CSV/JSON imports need explicit date conversion before grouping by month.
- The answer workbook includes formula results and expected summaries, not prebuilt interactive PivotTables. Create the PivotTables yourself using the steps below.

## 1. Inspect the source table

Check that the source has eight columns and one record per order. Identify the two inputs needed for Revenue.

## 2. Calculate revenue

Add Revenue in I and fill a per-order formula down.

## 3. Create a region/category PivotTable

Summarize revenue by region and category.

## 4. Cross-check one pivot cell

Independently reproduce the first region/category value with SUMIFS.

## 5. Prepare a month key

Add Month in J from the real Order Date.

## 6. Build monthly revenue totals

Create a second PivotTable with Month in Rows and Revenue in Values, summarized by Sum.

## 7. Calculate revenue per unit

Calculate the aggregate revenue per unit, not the unweighted average of order prices.

## 8. Refresh and reconcile

Change a Units value in your working copy, refresh your PivotTables and check both totals.
